ROBERT FELDMEIER APPOINTED MEMBER OF FRANCOTYP-POSTALIA HOLDING AG SUPERVISORY BOARD

Birkenwerder, 2012-08-02

In a ruling delivered on 25 July 2012, the District Court of Neuruppin appointed Robert Feldmeier as a member of the Supervisory Board of Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG with effect from 28 July 2012. In doing so, the court fulfilled the request to that effect by the Management Board, which had been supported by the other members of the Supervisory Board.

The appointment by the court had been necessitated by Christoph Weise resigning his position on the Supervisory Board as of 27 July 2012 at the Annual General Meeting on 27 June 2012. Mr Feldmeier is a member of the FP Supervisory Board until next year's Annual General Meeting.

Mr Feldmeier's previous roles include positions at IBM Deutschland and as Chairman of the Management Board of Triumph-Adler AG from 2005 to 2010. Since October 2011, the business administrator born in 1957 has been building up a pan-European import and dealer network for Indian manufacturer Mahindra Reva and Chinese company Dongfeng.

Consequently, the Supervisory Board of Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG remains composed of three members. Dr Claus Gerckens, member since 2009, is Chairman of the Supervisory Board as of 27 June 2012. He was Chairman of the Management Board of Böwe Systec AG until January 2009 and has more than 20 years of managerial experience in industrial enterprises.

His deputy on the Supervisory Board is Felix Hölzer, who was elected to the Board by the Annual General Meeting on 27 June 2012. The graduate in business administration, born in 1968, is a managing partner of Novum Capital in Frankfurt, a company that specialises in mezzanine investments. Hölzer has over 15 years of experience at companies in the financial sector.
