HR Manager Strategy & Transformation (m/f/x)

YOUR ROLE:

In the Center of Excellence you will be responsible not only for Strategy & Transformation but also for Performance and Reward Management (Compensation & Benefits).
Based on the corporate strategy, you will develop the HR strategy of the company and translate it into a medium- and long-term HR roadmap.
You are the conceptual "think tank" of innovative HR solutions (processes and products) and cover a broad range of topics including HR system landscape/HR IT, knowledge management, HR reporting and controlling.
You bring together the professional competencies and expert know-how of HR employees and unite them to form a well-connected HR community.
You will be responsible for global HR projects.

YOUR PROFILE:

You have a university degree - preferably with a focus on business or personnel management - or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of professional experience in a comparable role and have sound expert knowledge in the relevant specialist areas.
As a well-connected HR expert, you are always informed about current trends, competitive strategies, best practices and closely monitor their development.
Your strength lies in the structural and conceptual work on complex HR issues, in which you actively seek interaction with the business and the supporting HR functions.
You master the methods of modern HR work, have knowledge of HR organizational models and are experienced in project management.
As a team player, you will move confidently in the various areas of the company.
You communicate fluently in German and English.
