Francotyp-Postalia, a global service provider for mail management, has now obtained certification for its environmental management system under DIN EN ISO 14001:2004, in addition to its quality management system. This means the company meets all of the requirements set out in DIN EN ISO 14001:2009.

FP’s environmental management system defines responsibilities and relevant procedures and processes for continuously improving the environmental impact of operational activities. One of the company’s key aims is to optimise processes from an ecological perspective, raising awareness of the responsible usage of resources and ensuring that all employees act accordingly.

Andreas Drechsler from the Management Board of Francotyp-Postalia explains: “We are delighted that the auditors are rewarding our efforts in the environmental arena to such an extent. The FP Group will continue to attach great importance to environmental protection and process efficiency”.
