FP postpones publication of the 2019 Annual Report


Berlin, April 27, 2020 - Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG (FP), an expert for secure mail business and secure digital communication processes, is postponing the publication of its 2019 annual and consolidated financial statements, which was scheduled for April 30, 2020. Since mid-March, the restrictions in daily life caused by the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic have increasingly delayed the progress of routine work processes in the preparation of financial statements within the company and for the auditor. The new date for publication, which will confirm the previously reported figures, is May 18, 2020.
