HR Manager Employee Development & Attraction (m/f/x)

YOUR ROLE:

You will develop and optimize modern HR concepts in the areas of HR development, recruiting and employer branding.
You will be responsible for ensuring the "talent pipeline" throughout the company and creating structures for systematic talent and succession management.
You will design and optimize the accompanying portfolio of all training and personnel development measures.
You will be responsible for the strategic workforce planning of the Group and will build on this in your development and implementation of the recruitment strategy.
You will be responsible for the employer brand, sharpen the employer profile on the job market and align the personnel marketing and recruitment activities accordingly.
The company's transformation programs support you with suitable change management concepts and methods (tools, standards, best practice examples), which you make available to management and HR business partners as hand tools.

YOUR PROFILE:

You have a university degree - preferably with a focus on business or personnel management - or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of professional experience and profound knowledge of methods and instruments in the field of personnel and organizational development (change management).
Your strength lies in structural and conceptual work with strategic orientation and a result-oriented way of working.
You are characterized by proactivity, foresighted thinking, empathy and conceptual strength.
As a team player, you are networked with the different HR functions and communicate sovereign and safe at all levels.
You communicate fluently in German and English.
