Francotyp-Postalia enters into partnership with software provider Landwehr

COMBINATION OF FP SIGN AND LANDWEHR SOFTWARE SAVES HR SERVICE PROVIDERS TIME AND MONEY. ANOTHER IMPORTANT MILESTONE IN FP SIGN PARTNER STRATEGY.

Berlin, 6 June 2018 – Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG (FP), the expert in secure mail business and secure digital communication processes, has entered into a partnership with Landwehr Computer und Software GmbH. The digital signature solution FP Sign will in future be integrated in Landwehr’s software for Human Relations service providers and temporary employment agencies. This will enable companies that use the software to also sign contracts in a legally secure way online, and exchange them confidentially and securely via the cloud.

FP’s digital signature solution allows sensitive contract signing and authorisation processes to be completed quickly and easily in a legally secure format. One major advantage is that the solution ensures the highest level of security when transferring data.

Landwehr Computer und Software GmbH is a leading service provider for the development of software solutions. Alongside other sectors, it particularly specialises in the field of HR services. Some 1,800 companies from the HR service and temporary employment sector already use Landwehr’s solution. By integrating the FP Sign digital signature solution, they can now significantly reduce the considerable expenses associated with signing legally required documents, for example.

“We are very pleased about the cooperation with Landwehr and are convinced that FP Sign meets the specific requirements of the sector to a high degree. It is now possible to conclude contracts with just a few clicks. And HR service providers will save valuable time and money,” says FP Management Board member Sven Meise.

Landwehr authorised officer and sales manager Marc Linkert: “The reform of staff transfer agreements is posing additional challenges for our customers. Using FP’s qualified signature in combination with Landwehr software really reduces the workload involved in meeting the new requirements such as the new obligation to specify operational directives. These two strong partners can help HR service providers to implement the legal provisions easily and cost-efficiently.”

“For FP, this cooperation is another important milestone in our partner strategy,” adds Sven Meise. “Our partner is expanding the service range of its solution with an attractive and sought-after added benefit. Its customers benefit from the high efficiency and security gains offered by FP Sign. We are increasing the range of our innovative solution and can expand our customer base and revenue potential considerably faster,” says Meise.
