Berlin, June 8, 2020 - The management board of Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG (FP) has been extended by a further member, who complements the existing team of Rüdiger Andreas Günther, Patricius de Gruyter and Sven Meise .

"I am delighted to join FP, such a successful company with a long tradition," said the 54-year-old native Dane, who has now moved the centre of his life to Berlin from Frankfurt. "I am especially looking forward to working together with the management team and the employees to push the company forward in both the new digital services such as FP Sign and IoT as well as the traditional business-related services. The market is challenging and exciting at the same time. For FP, as an expert in secure digital communication, I see many opportunities.”

The new board member brings with him 13-years of experience as regional CEO of international IT & consulting companies such as CSC and Fujitsu as well as Asterion (former Pitney Bowes). Most recently, Carsten Lind was a managing partner at Bavaria Industries Group AG, a Munich-based private equity company, where he served as Active Chairman for portfolio firms. At Bavaria he was responsible for M&A activities, as well as Azolver, a franking machine carve-out of several European countries from Pitney-Bowes.
