Berlin, 26 November 2021 – As part of its FUTURE@FP transformation programme, Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG is merging its two subsidiaries IAB Communications GmbH and Mentana-Claimsoft GmbH. Both companies are now bundling their expertise under the name “FP Digital Business Solutions GmbH”.
In FP’s “Software & BPA (Business Process Automation)” business area, customers can now obtain the entire range of services from a single source. This ranges from hybrid mail communication, electronic signatures and solutions for “e-justice communication” to outsourcing of entire input and output management for physical and digital documents. There are also tailored machine learning-supported automation solutions for complex communication and workflow processes.
Target: One-stop-shopping for communication solutions
The newly formed FP Digital Business Solutions GmbH (DBS) supports customers of all sizes at every stage of their digital transformation journey.
Fully digital workflow processes for communication purposes have already been successfully developed for large organisations such as public authorities, insurance companies or waste management. The expanded and combined product portfolio now offers the appropriate additions both vertically and horizontally.
Thanks to its hybrid offerings, the new company is able to serve large and small customers right at the start of their digital transformation. The intelligent solutions for tens of thousands of freelancers and self-employed people who want to make use of electronic signatures as well as sending an occasional letter are now available from a single source.
“We are now bundling our expertise and our sales channels to reaching broader customer segments ,” explains Michael Steinberg, previously Managing Director of IAB Communications GmbH.
“This will also create new, innovative business models in the future,” adds Stephan Vanberg, previously Managing Director of Mentana-Claimsoft GmbH.
“FP Business Solutions GmbH uses its synergies to offer comprehensive solution packages. The new structure of this business unit will lead to an even stronger focus on customer requirements,” says Carsten Lind, CEO of the FP Group. “And this will enable us to tap into additional customer segments and markets.”
