Dr. Markus has been involved in the Transformation and further development of companies for over 15 years, initially as a management consultant at McKinsey, where he worked as a project manager primarily on the establishment and further development of e-commerce businesses. He then founded the internet platform Mercateo, where he was responsible for financing and corporate development as a board member. Following the sale of the company to the E.ON Group, Dirk Markus co-founded a listed industrial holding company.

Paul Owsianowski

Mr. Owsianowski has more than 10 years of investment experience and has held several supervisory and advisory board mandates in the context of various investments during this time. He started his career in the M&A division of Evercore Partners in London. There he worked on various transactions and strategic advisory mandates, primarily in the healthcare and technology sectors. He was then part of the founding team of a technology-focused growth capital fund in London.

Dr. Martin Schoefer

• Independent consultant for transformation and strategy

Dr. Schoefer began his career at KPMG Advisory as a Senior Associate. In the course of further positions, including abroad, he gained extensive experience in the areas of transformation, restructuring, human resources and employment law over a period of almost 20 years. At times, he also held positions on supervisory boards.
